Egg Nog Party Punch

Ingredients

6 Roberts Eggs
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 quarts (8 cups) Roberts Orange Juice, chilled
1/2 cup lemon juice, chilled
1 quart Roberts Vanilla Ice Cream
1 quart (4 cups) ginger ale, chilled
rum or brandy to taste, optional
nutmeg

Preparation

Beat eggs well; add corn syrup, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in orange juice and lemon juice. Place scoops of ice cream in large punch bowl; pour ginger ale over the ice cream. Add the egg mixture and stir. Rum or brandy may also be added, if desired. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Yield: 1 1/2 gallon
