Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
dash nutmeg
1 can (4 1/2 ounce) snails

Preparation

Melt butter; add garlic powder, parsley flakes and nutmeg. Place snails on special plates or in sauce dishes. Pour butter sauce over snails. Bake at 350° for 4 to 5 minutes, or until butter begins to bubble.

Yield: 4 servings
