EZ Cheese and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

1 bag (20 or 30 ounce) frozen hash brown potatoes, any choice
1-2 bags (8 ounces each) shredded cheese, any flavor
2 cups cubed ham
1 can any cream soup (cream of celery, chicken, mushroom)
2 cups (16 ounces) Roberts Sour Cream (regular)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Then add potatoes. Mixture will be extremely thick. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. (Baking time may vary depending on amounts of ingredients used.) Amounts of cheese, potatoes, and ham are subject to your liking. Mixture will be very thick when blended together. This is how it’s supposed to be when you finally press it into pan. This recipe refrigerates and reheats very well.
