Ingredients

4 frozen breaded fish portions 4 hamburger buns 4 lettuce leaves 1 tomato, sliced 2 Roberts Eggs, hard-cooked and sliced 1/2 cup Tartar Sauce

Preparation

Prepare fish portions as directed on package. Split hamburger buns and place fish portions on bottom half. On the top half, place lettuce leaf, tomato slices, hard-cooked egg slices and Tartar Sauce. Serve open-face.

Yield: 4 servings
