Fresh Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons dill
1 1/2 teaspoons Beau Monde seasoning

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Chill thoroughly. Serve with carrot and celery sticks, fresh cauliflower flowerettes, radish roses, green pepper rings, cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices. Use as a garnish for baked potatoes and as a chip dip.

Notes: Cutting calories? Substitute 1 cup Roberts Natural Yogurt for the sour cream. Delicious!
