Fruit Puree

Ingredients

3 cups Roberts Orange Juice  
1 cups sugar          
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups washed, hulled, fresh strawberries, cut in half
2 cups washed green grapes, halved
2 sliced bananas       
1 teaspoon cinnamon 

Preparation

In a pan, mix sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice; add one cup orange juice and heat to boiling, stirring constantly so as not to burn. Lower heat and keep stirring to thicken. Pour in remaining juice. Add fruit and cook 5 minutes. Add cinnamon. Chill until ready to serve.
