Fruit Salad Mold

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounce) orange-flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup Roberts Yogurt with Mandarin Orange
1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, drained and diced
fresh fruits for garnish, optional

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in yogurt, blending thoroughly. Chill until slightly thickened; add diced mandarin oranges. Pour mixture into a 4 cup mold or an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Chill until firm. Unmold and garnish with fresh fruits, if desired.

Yield: 6 servings
