Ingredients
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Roberts Butter, melted
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup Hershey’s Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
1 graham cracker crust pie shell
Peanut butter sauce:
1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
1/3 cup Roberts Milk
1/4 cup Roberts Whipping Cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Hiland-Roberts Vanilla Ice Cream
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small mixer bowl, lightly beat eggs and vanilla. Blend in sugar and butter. Stir together flour, cocoa and salt. Add to egg mixture, beat until blended, stir in peanut butter chips. Pour chocolate mixture into graham cracker crust and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool completely on wire rack. Prepare peanut butter sauce in small sauce pan over low heat. Combine peanut butter chips, milk and whipping cream. Cook stirring constantly until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve warm over pie with ice cream.
