Gala Cheese Ball

Ingredients

8 ounces Roquefort cheese
8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Grate Roquefort and Cheddar cheese and allow to soften. Mix in cream cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and half of parsley and pecans. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Mold into ball and roll in remaining nuts and parsley. Chill 24 hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
