Glazed Onions

Ingredients

8 small onions (about 1 pound)
1/4 cup Roberts Butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation

Clean onions and cook in boiling salted water about 15 to 25 minutes, or just until tender. Melt butter in a skillet; add brown sugar. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Drain onions thoroughly; dry by shaking pan over low heat. Add to butter mixture in skillet. Simmer until onions are glazed, turning to coat evenly.

Yield: 4 servings
