Glazed Pears

Ingredients

3 fresh pears, pared
3 tablespoons Roberts Butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons apricot flavored brandy
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream, whipped
pecan halves

Preparation

Core and slice pears. Melt butter in chafing dish and saute pear slices until tender; sprinkle with sugar and add chopped pecans. Stir gently to glaze. Fold brandy into whipped cream; serve over hot pears. Garnish with pecan halves.

Yield: 6 servings
