Glazed Raisin Relish

Ingredients

2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1 tablespoon water
1 jar (10 1/2 ounce) pineapple sundae topping
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Stir onion into water; allow to stand 5 to 10 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients; cover and allow to stand overnight. Serve with poultry, fish or meats.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Notes:

To sterilize jars for canning, wash jars thoroughly in hot soapy water; rinse well; place in boiling water to cover and boil for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from water just before filling.
