Gnocchi

Ingredients
1/2 cup Roberts Margarine
1 quart (4 cups) Roberts Milk
1 cup hominy grits
1 teaspoon salt
4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter, melted
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
In a saucepan, melt margarine in milk over low heat; add hominy grits and cook until thickened. Remove from heat, add salt and beat with electric mixer for 5 minutes, adding shredded Swiss cheese near the end of mixing time. Pour mixture into a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Spoon melted butter over top and sprinkle liberally with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until browned.
