Gourmet Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1 cup Roberts Natural Yogurt
2 teaspoons tarragon flavored vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped chives
dash garlic powder, onion powder and dill

Preparation

Process all ingredients in blender until smooth. (Keep refrigerated.) Use on green salads, as a garnish for baked potatoes or as a fresh vegetable dip.

Yield: 2 cups
