Graham Cracker Cake

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Roberts Milk    
4 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon baking powder    
3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar        
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs, separated
1 can blueberry pie filling for topping

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans. Crush 8 whole graham crackers in food processor or blender; continue until you have 4 ½ cups of crumbs. Add baking powder and egg yolks, milk and margarine; mix. Add vanilla; stir till smooth. Mix the egg whites with electric mixer until stiff. Fold into graham cracker mix. Pour into the greased cake pans and bake 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then top with the blueberry pie filling when completely cool.
