Grandma Hanna's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1-1/2 cups Roberts Half and Half
1/4 tsp maple flavoring
1 9" unbaked crust
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Roberts Whipping Cream

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; mix with brown sugar, salt, spices and pumpkin. Place half and half and maple flavoring in a saucepan; scald. Stir half and half mixture into pumpkin mixture until well blended. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust; sprinkle nuts evenly over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge of filling tests clean. Cool. Top with Roberts Whipping Cream.
