A flavorful gravy can add the gourmet touch to a simple meal or sparkle to leftovers. In a hurry? Use canned-gravy or mix seasonings into condensed cream soups. Be creative!
Have difficulty making lump-free gravy or cream sauces? Here's a helpful hint--place about 1/4 cup cool liquid in a small container, add flour or cornstarch and cover tightly. Shake to blend well; add to remaining liquid.
