Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Salad dressing recipes are among the most treasured and guarded. Varying the amounts of ingredients in these dressings will make them your own creations.

Ingredients

1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1 1/2 tablespoons anchovy paste
1 1/2 tablespoons tarragon flavored vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation

Slowly blend together minced garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream and anchovy paste. Add vinegar and lemon juice slowly: stir in parsley. (Keep refrigerated.) Serve on crisp salad greens.

Yield: about 1 cup
