Grilled Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1 envelope (3/4 ounce) Italian salad dressing mix
salt and pepper to taste
4 salmon steaks

Preparation

Melt butter; stir in salad dressing mix. Season salmon steaks; brush with butter sauce. Place on a well-buttered hinged wire grill or on a buttered barbecue grill rack. Cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals, basting often with butter sauce, for 5 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Yield: 4 servings
