Halibut Royale

Ingredients
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
6 halibut steaks
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
6 green pepper rings
Preparation
Combine lemon juice, salt and paprika in a shallow dish. Add halibut steaks and marinate 30 minutes on each side. Cook onion and chopped green pepper in butter until tender and translucent. Place steaks in buttered 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with green pepper rings and onion mixture. Bake at 450° about 10 minutes.
