Ham Delicatessen

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Roberts Butter
2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 cup shredded sharp American cheese
2/3 cup fine cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups Roberts Milk
dash pepper
Preparation
Saute chopped onion in butter until tender. Mix chopped ham, shredded cheese, cracker crumbs, milk and pepper together well; pour into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan or an electric skillet. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or cook in an electric skillet, uncovered, at 300° for 45 minutes. Do not overcook.
