Ham Dressing

Cookbook

Ingredients

1 cup white raisins
1 1/2 cups ground cooked ham
4 cups soft bread crumbs
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 cup walnuts
1/4-1/2 cup honey

Preparation

Plump raisins by covering with boiling water and allowing to stand at least 30 minutes; drain. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Use with chicken or turkey.

Yield: 7 cups
