Ham Loaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground pork shoulder
1 1/2 pounds ground smoked ham
3 Roberts Eggs
1 cup Roberts Milk
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
Combine ground pork shoulder, ground ham, eggs, milk and bread crumbs. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish. In a saucepan, heat vinegar, water, brown sugar and dry mustard until sugar dissolves. Pour sauce over ham loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
