Ham Rolls

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons Roberts Half and Half
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 1/2 tablespoons chopped pimento-stuffed olives
10 slices boiled ham (12 ounces)
40 small pimento-stuffed olives

Preparation

Blend first six ingredients thoroughly. Spread 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture on each ham slice; roll up tightly and fasten with 4 frilled toothpicks. Chill. Cut each roll into fourths. Place an olive on end of each toothpick; serve cold.
