Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped cooked ham
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and chill well.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
