Herb-Broiled Fillets

Herb-Broiled Fillets are excellent for a quick and easy meal. A simple accompaniment would be baked potatoes garnished with mounds of Roberts Sour Cream. Fantastic!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped chives
4-6 turbot fillets

Preparation

Melt butter slowly in a small saucepan; add garlic powder and chopped chives. Preheat broiler rack and brush with melted butter. Place fillets on rack; baste with butter sauce. Broil about 3 to 5 inches from heat for 5 to 1O minutes, basting often with butter sauce. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and additional butter sauce, if desired.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
