Herb Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1/2–l teaspoon fresh or dried herbs

Preparation

Cream butter and mix in herbs. For variety try basil, cervil, dill, marjoram, rosemary or tarragon. Different combinations of herbs can add interest, too.

Yield: 1/2 cup
