Herring with Sour Cream

Ingredients

1 jar (12 ounce) herring fillets
3 tablespoons Roberts Sour Cream
4 green onions, chopped (tops included)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
24 canape crackers

Preparation

Drain herring and cut into strips. Mix sour cream, green onion and lemon juice together. Add herring and allow to marinate in the mixture for 2 hours before serving. Garnish with onion slices and lemon twists. Serve on crackers.

Yield: 2 dozen
