Honey Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
cinnamon, optional

Preparation

Soften butter; stir in honey and orange peel. If desired, blend in cinnamon. Use on hot rolls, pancakes, waffles and toast.

Yield: 2/3 cup
