Honolulu Salad

Ingredients
1 package (3 ounce) lemon-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can (13 1/4 ounce) crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream, whipped
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Add 1/2 cup reserved liquid to dissolved gelatin; chill until thickened. Stir in crushed pineapple, cottage cheese and marshmallows; fold in whipped cream. Pour into an 8 cup mold or an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Chill.
