Horseradish Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Soften butter, adding horseradish and salt until thoroughly blended. Serve with corned beef, steak or on canapes.

Yield: 1/2 cup
