Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt dash paprika

Preparation

Combine all ingredients thoroughly; refrigerate until served.

Yield: 1 cup

Pass the Horseradish Sauce next time you serve steak, beef roast or cold beef sandwiches. The pungent "hot" taste of horseradish compliments tangy Roberts Sour Cream to perfection.
