Hot Cereal with Apricots

Ingredients

3 cups boiling water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup quick-cooking wheat cereal
2/3 cup coarsely chopped dried apricots
brown sugar
Roberts Half and Half

Preparation

In boiling salted water, cook cereal according to package directions. When mixture begins to thicken, stir in chopped apricots; cook 5 minutes longer over low heat. Serve cereal hot with brown sugar and half and half.

Yield: 4 servings
