Hot Olive Surprises

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 count)
40 large pimento-stuffed olives
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cut each biscuit in quarters; wrap each piece around an olive and roll in Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450° for 6 to 8 minutes. These may be baked ahead of time, wrapped in foil and reheated.
