Hot Turkey Buns

Ingredients
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup diced roasted almonds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
6 hamburger buns
1/4 cup Roberts Butter
Preparation
Combine turkey, Cheddar cheese, celery, roasted almonds, mayonnaise, salt and pickle relish; mix well. Split buns, butter generously and toast. Place filling on bottom half. Place top on buns; bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes, or until filling steams when top of bun is lifted.
Yield: 6 servings
Notes:
Substitute leftover cooked chicken or tuna for the turkey in Hot Turkey Buns. Delicious! (Chopped leftover beef is good, also.)
