Hot Turkey Salad

Ingredients

1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashews
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped pimento
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 can (3 ounce) chow mein noodles

Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients and half of chow mein noodles. Rake in a well-buttered 2 quart baking dish at 350° about 30 minutes. Serve over remaining chow mein noodles.

Yield: 4 servings
