Irish Coffee

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Roberts
Sweetened Whipped Cream
1/2 cup hot black coffee
3 cocktail cubes sugar
1 jigger Irish whiskey
Preparation
Whip whipping cream lightly. Preheat each glass or cup with very hot water; then empty. Place coffee in preheated glass; add sugar cubes and stir until completely dissolved. Stir in Irish whiskey. By pouring over a spoon, top each serving with lightly whipped whipping cream. Serve piping hot.
Yield: 1 serving
Notes:
To top beverages with a "head" of whipping cream: pour lightly whipped whipping cream slowly into the bowl of a spoon; tip spoon slightly, sliding cream onto surface of beverage.
