Lace Cookies

Ingredients

2 Roberts Eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Roberts Butter, melted
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; add brown sugar, mixing well. Stir in melted butter, rolled oats, vanilla extract and salt. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto buttered baking sheets; press each cookie very thin with the back of a spoon. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. If desired, roll warm cookies around a wooden spoon handle to form tube-shaped cookies.
