Lamb Chops with Curried Fruit

Ingredients
1 can (8 3/4 ounce) peach slices, drained
1 can (8 1/2 ounce) pear slices, drained
1 can (8 1/2 ounce) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (8 ounce) whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
6 lamb loin chops
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter, melted dash pepper
Preparation
Combine drained fruit; place in an aluminum foil baking pan. Mix together cranberry sauce, brown sugar and curry powder; spoon over fruit. Place foil baking pan and lamb chops on broiler pan. Broil about 3 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn chops; cover fruit loosely with aluminum foil. Broil about 6 minutes longer, or until chops are tender. Combine grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter and pepper; spread over chops and broil until the cheese is lightly browned. Serve with hot curried fruit.
