Lasagne Casserole

Ingredients
1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1/4-1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups uncooked noodles
1 1/2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1/2 cup Roberts Milk
2 tablespoons chopped green onion tops
grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Preparation
Brown beef in skillet and drain well; add tomato sauce, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper; simmer. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, milk and chopped green onion; add to noodles. Spread noodle mixture evenly in a buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan; top with meat sauce. Chill several hours. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
