Lasagne Sandwiches

Ingredients

1/4 cup Roberts Butter
4 slices bread
1 can (10 1/2 ounce) chili without beans
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
4 slices American cheese
grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Butter bread and toast in oven; top each slice with chili, spreading to edges. Spoon cottage cheese on chili and spread evenly. Top with cheese slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300° for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Yield: 4 servings
