Lemon Bars Deluxe

Ingredients

1 package (18 ounce) lemon cake mix
1/2 cup Roberts Margarine, melted
3 Roberts Eggs, slightly beaten
1 package (14 ounce) lemon frosting mix
8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Combine cake mix, margarine and 1 egg; mix together just until moistened. Press mixture in a buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Blend together frosting mix and cream cheese; reserve 1/2 cup for frosting. Add 2 eggs to remaining cream cheese mixture; beat 3 to 5 minutes. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cake mix layer. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and spread with reserved frosting mixture. Cut into 1 1/2 x 3 inch bars.
