Lemon Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

Cream butter; add lemon juice very slowly. Use for fish and seafood sandwiches, cooked fish and seafood dishes and on canape rounds.

Yield: 1/2 cup
