Lemon Cheese Whip

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounce) lemon-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups crushed pineapple
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream, whipped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In a saucepan combine undrained pineapple and sugar; bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Blend gelatin mixture and pineapple mixture together well. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream, lemon juice and grated cheese. Chill until firm.
