Lime Chiffon Pie

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounce) lime-flavored gelatin
1 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
freshly grated rind and juice of 2 limes
few drops green food coloring
1 can (13 ounce) evaporated
milk, chilled and whipped
Chocolate Crumb Crust

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add additional water, if necessary, to lime juice to measure 1/2 cup; add with grated rind and food coloring to gelatin mixture. Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Fold gelatin mixture into whipped evaporated milk. Spoon mixture into Chocolate Crumb Crust. Chill at least 3 hours. (Keep refrigerated.)
