Lime-Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounce) lime-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 1/2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened. Fold remaining ingredients into gelatin; pour into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Chill until firm.
