Lime-Pear Salad

Ingredients

1 cup pear juice
1 package (3 ounce) lime-flavored gelatin
1 cup mashed pears
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream, whipped

Preparation

Bring pear juice to a boil; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Blend in mashed pears and cream cheese; chill mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. If desired, pour into a 4 cup mold. Chill until firm.
