“Liptauer” Spread

Ingredients
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese, sieved
1/2 cup Roberts Butter
3 tablespoons Roberts Sour Cream
2 anchovy fillets
1 teaspoon capers
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mix cottage cheese, butter and sour cream together until well-blended and smooth. Mash anchovy fillets and capers until fine; add to cheese mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to serving plate and shape into a smooth mound or serve from a decorative bowl. Garnish with paprika, parsley and anchovy fillets. Serve with crackers, pumpernickel or rye bread, or as a filling for celery sticks.
Yield: 1 3/4 cups
