Lite Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
1 package (3 ounces) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 cups Roberts Low Fat Vanilla Ice Cream
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Preparation
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Gradually add the ice cream, stirring until it is melted. Chill until thick but not set (20 - 25 minutes). Fold in strawberries and pour into crust. Chill 3-4 hours. Garnish with light whipped topping if desired.
