Macaroni Loaf

Ingredients
3/4 cup uncooked macaroni
1/2 cup Roberts Milk
2-3 Roberts Eggs
3 tablespoons Roberts Butter, melted
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced pimento
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
few grains cayenne
Preparation
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside. Scald milk and beat in eggs; add melted butter. Stir in macaroni and remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Place in a buttered 8 x 4 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° about 1 hour. Serve with Mushroom-Herb Sauce, if desired.
